• Migrate all files in accessibility-page to Typescript.

Testing instructions

• Enable the ENABLE_ACCESSIBILITY_PAGE flag.
• Go to the accessibility page.
• Submit the form.
• It will throw an error because Zendesk is not installed (I'm not sure how to install it).
• In the tests verify the success state

We're trying to move away from some deprecated patterns in this codebase. Please

• Any new files are using TypeScript (.ts, .tsx).
• Avoid propTypes and defaultProps in any new or modified code.
