This PR adds functionality for using local data formatted as a SeisComP Data Structure (SDS) through the corresponding ObsPy client. The local SDS client does not handle comma-separated channels in the get_waveforms function, and the code now grabs [channel]? (e.g., BH?).
The PR also cleans up the scripts and the base code.
To-do:
Clean up the local data variables and functions; maybe combine server settings and check argument to solve to SDS or FDSN clientRemove response?Maybe in next subversion
