Upstream project owner is MIA. Rest of the team lack perms to push to master or publish releases. Upstream master branch (and latest stable) has a crucial bug that currently can't be fixed on master. Therefore we decided to move our
latesttag to build from upstreampython3-devbranch, which is now effectively the upstream stable branch. The nightly will build from the new upstream dev branch1000papercuts. Ourunstabletag will also build from the upstream dev branch1000papercutsbut will be used to test python 3.12 on alpine 3.23.
