Allow interval to be configurable

Description:

• Allows the update interval to be configurable using a 60m, 3h, etc. format.
• Can configure hours and minutes. If unit is not specified defaults to minutes
• Default is 5 minutes if not set. Maintaining existing functionality.

Benefits of this PR and context:

Can configure to update less often, reducing load on duck dns servers. Most people probably don't need to update every 5 minutes.

How Has This Been Tested?

• Running locally on my home server with a few different values using this image
• Negative testing of bad values
