Description
New playlist run menu item for instant state resuming, which acts like the current state slot dropdown, except it runs and loads directly. It also pre-selects the last used slot saved in the runtime log, and it follows the same visibility option as the current running Quick Menu item. Does it need a separate one..?
It was required to init the core partially in order to get the final certified state path for thumbnails, which means the drawback with this approach is that if you back down to another playlist item while running a core which is some other core, the thumbnails will not be showing. It loads the core when accessing the state menu, and unloads when backing out without launching.
