Description
The fade-out animation on the bottom screen of the 3DS is a bit too much for the old 3DS, and makes it stutter.
This PR removes that animation: when the time to hide the "Tap the Touch Screen..." message is up, the bottom screen now goes directly to idle without the fade-out animation. That fixes the stuttering occurring during the fade-out animation.
