Description
Just a log row for files with no match, along with serial and CRC value.
The other change is a clarification (that message should not appear in a normal scan).
Related Issues
Closes #13312 (sorry for taking so long - the change was trivial). Maybe user experience can still be improved by presenting a summary in a message when scan ends.
Does not close #13735 , but maybe gives more information (rvz scan works for me, except when rvz is zipped, but that is another matter).
