Extend the interface with file_archive_get_file_crc32_and_size, which also returns the uncompressed size of the file.

Description
Extend the interface with file_archive_get_file_crc32_and_size, which also returns the uncompressed size of the file. Needed for optimizing content scanning in an upcoming PR.
