This PR improves the README.md file by fixing formatting inconsistencies, correcting link references, and refining minor grammar for clarity.

Changes Made

• Removed extra spaces in Table of Contents items:
  • [ Practice & Examples] → [💪 Practice & Examples]
  • [ Contributing] → [Contributing]
• Adjusted tone for Introduction: “this guide walks you through” instead of “will walk…”.
• Updated “High Performance” → “High Performance & Scalability” for clarity.
• Fixed inconsistent spacing and formatting across all headings and bullets.
• Verified and standardized link references for consistency.

Notes:

• This PR is suitable as a Hacktoberfest contribution.
• All changes are cosmetic/documentation improvements.
