As per the issue
User facing issue while using Azure linux image with the common-utils feature as Linux distro azurelinux not supported.
Changelog
Modified the install.sh and main.sh to work the expected installation for AzureLinux
Modified the test cases scenarios to meet the required checks for the common-utils with the image mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet/sdk:8.0-azurelinux3.0
