docs: add Settings page navigation overview

Summary

Adds a new help article that explains the redesigned Cal.com Settings experience for end users.

What shipped in the source PR

The Settings area in the Cal.com web app was redesigned with:

• A new searchable Settings home page that groups settings into Personal, Security, Organization, and Developer sections.
• A reorganized sidebar that adapts to your account type and permissions.
• A mobile-friendly layout: a Menu button opens the sidebar as a drawer, and the current page title is shown in the mobile header.
• Permission-aware visibility: organization settings such as Roles, Billing, and SSO only appear for users with the right permission.
• Plans visibility tweak: the Plans entry is hidden for users already on a Team or Organization plan.

Docs changes

• New page: account-settings/settings-overview.mdx covering how to open Settings, search for items, browse sections, and use the sidebar on desktop and mobile.
• Adds an Account Settings navigation group in docs.json so the new page (and the existing schedule-timezone page) are discoverable in the sidebar.
