At the stage where the model is estimated, can we add a scatterplot for observed vs. predicted ridership?

Not urgent for this TIRCP effort, but let's explore the application of non-overlapping catchment areas for Census data. This would apply on all stops of a particular route, in a given direction. Overlapping stop areas for stops serving different routes, or different directions is fine. Here's a repo with some R/Python code to compute this:
