Saved the excel file from NTD's Annual database Revenue Vehicle Invntory to GCS.
got list of CA ntd_Id from warehouse, used it to filter the inventory list.
calculated the differences between the inventory list VOMS and warehouse VOMS. there are some differences
calculated the difference between the inventory list total fleet vehicles and the VOMS.
final csv saved to GCS
