This is release includes a lot of changes to the ALG project. These are:
- Pure versions are dropped, in favor of themed versions.
- GNOME and KDE PLASMA are Wayland only now.
- New apps for ALG

New ALG Welcome app
The new ALG Welcome app is now written in Qt6, and supports various simple utility functions. It also helps in launching the installer on a live-ISO.
