Issue for this PR

Closes #23544

Type of change

  • Bug fix
  • New feature
  • Refactor / code improvement
  • Documentation

What does this PR do?

Adds opencode-usage-tracker to the ecosystem page so users can discover it as a community plugin.

It’s a simple analytics plugin that tracks things like command usage and session activity. The change just adds a new row to the ecosystem tables across locales, following the existing format.

How did you verify your code works?

Ran the docs site locally and checked the ecosystem page renders correctly with the new entry.
