AdvancedHMC seems to only touches the high-level APIs of CUDA which aren't affected by this version change so looks safe to expand the compat bounds.

This pull request changes the compat entry for the
CUDApackage from3, 4, 5to3, 4, 5, 6.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
