Problem
Hardware requirements are buried inside each EP's expandable details section. No at-a-glance summary for developers to check compatibility.
Fix
Added a consolidated requirements summary table at the top: EP | Hardware | Minimum OS — covering CPU, DirectML, NvTensorRtRtx, and QNN.
