## Design Change Requests Page (DCR)

The **Design Change Requests** page provides a high-level view of requests from customers to modify or enhance a product or feature or to introduce new capabilities. In this tab you will find a high-level report on the DCRs for your tenant, complete with useful metrics and graphs. This report is only inclusive of requests for products that are covered by the Engineering Direct offer. DCRs raised for other products will not be included.

This page contains:
1. **Request Number** – Support case that was opened for the DCR Request
2. **Request Title** – Title of the support case raised.
3. **Customer Contact** – Who opened the case.
4. **Request Create Date** – Date the case was opened. The portal will only show cases that have been opened in the last 12 months.
5. **Escalation Status** – Status of the request. The status types that are shown are:
- **Engineering Review** – These items are still being reviewed by Microsoft and no decisions have been made.
- **Under consideration** – These items have been added to a list of change that we will consider for upcoming release cycles, but Microsoft has not committed to doing these changes.
- **Under development** – These are items that Microsoft has accepted and are being developed. Time may vary depending on how long development takes.
- **Completed** – Requests that Microsoft has completed or closed.
- **Rejected** – These items were not accepted.
6. **Request Closed Date** – Date the case was completed.
7. **Product** – Product that the request was opened for.
