+## Design Change Requests Page (DCR)

+The **Design Change Requests** page provides a high-level view of requests from customers to modify or enhance a product or feature or to introduce new capabilities. In this tab you will find a high-level report on the DCRs for your tenant, complete with useful metrics and graphs. This report is only inclusive of requests for products that are covered by the Engineering Direct offer. DCRs raised for other products will not be included.

+3.  **Customer Contact** – Who opened the case.
+4.  **Request Create Date** – Date the case was opened. The portal will only show cases that have been opened in the last 12 months.
