+# Confluent connector isn't in the list of connectors

+This article helps you troubleshoot the sceanrio in which a Confluent connector isn't visible in the list of connectors in Azure.

+## Symptoms
+
+- A Confluent connector doesn't appear in the list of connectors.
+
+## Causes
+
+- The connector list might need to be refreshed.
+
+## Solution 1: Refresh the connector list
+
+- If you recently created a connector and it isn't in the list, select the **Refresh** button at the top of the page.
+
+## Solution 2: Contact Confluent support
+
+- If your Confluent connector still doesn't appear in the list, contact [Confluent support](https://support.confluent.io).
