+# Confluent connector isn't in the list of connectors
+
+This article helps you troubleshoot issues when a Confluent connector isn't in the list of connectors in Azure.
+
+## Prerequisites
+
+- Access to the Azure portal and Confluent Cloud.
+- Permissions to view and manage connectors.
+
+## Symptoms
+
+- A recently created Confluent connector doesn't appear in the list of connectors.
+- Unable to find a specific connector for integration.
+
+## Causes
+
+- The connector list hasn't been refreshed after creation.
+- There may be a delay or issue syncing the connector with the list.
+
+## Solutions
+
+### 1. Refresh the connector list
+
+- If you recently created a connector and it isn't in the list, select **Refresh** in the Azure portal.
+
+### 2. Escalate to Confluent support
+
+- If your Confluent connector still doesn't appear in the list, contact [Confluent support](https://support.confluent.io).
+
+## Verify
+
+- After refreshing, check if the connector appears in the list.
