# "No changes were made" error when enabling Salesforce server-to-server flow
11+
12+
This article helps you troubleshoot the error "No changes were made." when you enable Salesforce server-to-server flow.
13+
14+
## Who is affected?

24+
25+
## Symptoms
26+
27+
When you try to enable Salesforce with server-to-server flow, the following error message is displayed:
28+
29+
> No changes were made
30+
31+
## Cause
32+
33+
When a setup request is received, the server deploys a connected app to the Salesforce organization and creates an integration user. A permission set is then assigned to the integration user. The error occurs when the same permission set has already been assigned to the user, resulting in a duplicate assignment error during the setup process.

35+
## Resolution
36+
37+
To resolve this issue, check for any manual changes to the connected app or profile with the prefix "Copilot For Sales." If the changes were not intentional, remove them. Try again, and contact Microsoft Support if the issue persists.
38+
