Requires a new Windrose instance for the Dashboard Port to be allocated in AMP.
Note the dashboard on Windows only listens on localhost, due to Windows restrictions. For it to be able to listen on other interfaces, an ACL must be set:
netsh http add urlacl url=http://+:8780/ user="NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE"(run as Administrator in a command prompt and changing 8780 as relevant for the Dashboard Port)
