Dear @zqfang, Awesome work on GSEApy. I was wondering if you'd be interested in adding LLM generated gene sets to GSEApy. We posted a pre-print evaluating them and they can be quite good: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.11.11.621189v1. We created a prototype tool, no where nearly as functional and mature as GSEApy, https://github.com/Alector-BIO/llm2geneset. Maybe you can borrow some of our ideas and incorporate them into GSEApy? Would be exciting to see LLMs generate gene set libraries in other tools. Thanks for your consideration!
