Regression dll not found

SMAPI is telling me It can't find regression.dll and I can't find it in the files either despite me looking. Is it just in a different folder or something? Do I need to edit something? I don't do much programming/modding in C+ so I don't know much about the problem. Sorry

Im having the same issue, heres the thing. The file doesnt seem to exist anywhere.
