Hello!

Please, explain - how to crosscompile duc on linux host, for windows systems?

Something like this:

I have no clue how to do this and it's not something anyone supports.

How many changes did you have to make? What kinds of errors are you getting or features you're not supporting? And ideally you would really have it using the tkrzw backend, we're slowly deprecating other backends.

I'll write build instructions later.

Some stubs for structs and functions that not existing in win/mingw:

I tried build with tkrzw backend, but duc completely not working.

I'm not sure, can I send PR authored by LLM, but maybe I will send it "as is" and rewrite the code later.

I want to say thank you for duc. I used this release some years ago and now I'm interested in building a fresh release. I also wanted to try cross-compiling some software (I usually compile code or make packages in target-like systems).

there are some problems with default database location (but worked duc.exe index -d c:\data.db -x c:\), encodings/nls (this may not be a bug in the duc), that and some hardlinks/softlinks echoed how No such file or directory:
