Implement `put/patch/deleteMany` methods

Should still follow same query interface as getAll (at this time this still needs defining).

Possible concerns:

• typeorm doesn't appear to have deleteMany by query capabilities, though maybe just a findMany then removeByIds in a transaction will do for now.
