Codex Code licensing notice

The root LICENSE file applies to original content created in this repository,
unless a file or directory states otherwise.

This repository also contains imported upstream snapshots and may contain other
third-party material. Those materials are not relicensed by the root LICENSE.
They remain subject to their own original licenses, notices, or usage terms.

Current known example:
- `upstream/claude-code/` is an imported upstream snapshot preserved for
  baseline and migration work. Its provenance is documented in
  `upstream/README.md`.

When redistributing, reviewing, or reusing content from this repository,
please evaluate original repository content and imported third-party content
separately.
