What should a first XDaLa developer quickstart include?

We want to make the first developer experience around XDaLa as clear and useful as possible.

The goal is not to overload new builders with theory, but to help them build and understand a first verifiable workflow.

A possible quickstart could include:

1. connect to XGR Testnet
2. open the XDaLa Workbench
3. define a simple rule
4. provide external input
5. run validation
6. trigger a workflow result
7. inspect the session / audit trail

Questions for developers:

• What would you expect from a first 10-minute quickstart?
• Should the first example focus on API data, IoT-style input, AI agent output or simple manual input?
• Which SDKs, scripts or examples would help most?
• What should be explained visually?
• What should be kept in the docs instead of the quickstart?

Concrete suggestions are welcome.
