*wire.TxIn is missing various fields

Data is missing from wire.TxIn
 - input transaction hash: It looks like the blockchain.info API is not providing it? Currently it is [dummy](https://github.com/winteraz/cryptopay/blob/master/transfer.go#L157)
 - we don't know how to decode witness field from blockchain.info . Currently it is [empty]( https://github.com/winteraz/cryptopay/blob/master/transfer.go#L162)
