wr-architect: edit-gate re-litigates its own same-session PASS after a prescribed ADR capture #342

Description

@tompahoward

Description

The wr-architect edit-gate re-litigates its own same-session PASS after a prescribed ADR-capture commit — the stateless drift-hash refresh review flags the sanctioned born-proposed ADR as an unratified-dependency blocker, costing extra architect dispatches per AFK iter and requiring a reconciliation review to withdraw the flag. A fresh stateless reviewer has no same-session-verdict ledger, so it re-litigates settled sanctions even when the marker mechanics work as designed.

Symptoms

  • A docs/decisions commit the architect itself prescribed invalidates the gate marker; the refresh review then flags the just-captured born-proposed ADR as an unratified-dependency blocker.
  • AFK deadlock class: mid-loop ratification is structurally impossible, so an upheld flag burns the iteration on a gate that cannot open.

Affected plugin / component

@windyroad/architect — edit-gate.

Fix direction

Give the refresh review access to the same-session sanction ledger, or exempt agent-prescribed born-proposed ADRs from the unratified-dependency flag mid-session.
