Display the next date (instead of first date) on event cards

Description

After a discussion while working on #221 (comment) we thought the cards should display the next date (instead of the first one, or a range) for scheduled events where possible (e.g. we might only have the range).

https://wellcomecollection.org/search/events?timespan=april is an example where it'd be more useful to see the April date as in What's On: https://wellcomecollection.org/whats-on (select April)_

Review what the logic is in What's On as I believe it works there already.

OK this might be an interesting one to run past others;

So this is happening because the display object contains the parent information (range) and the children (individual event). With the logic we currently have, the range is always the one that gets displayed:

I feel like maybe we wanted this? Because it makes sense on a search that isn't time based?
But then when you ARE filtering by time, or sorting the event by time, then this makes way more sense:

Do we think we might want to change the display logic based on the search? Is that more confusing?

Either way, transferring this ticket as an API change, not a FE one.

Yes I think it was intentional to display the range when we were thinking about search because otherwise you could search for 1-30 April and it could show a card with a March date so the date range makes more sense.

Sooo... I am basically going through the same thought process as you which is if you're looking at a filtered view of events in March for example (like we have on the What's On landing page) it would be the most helpful for users to see the March date as the one displayed on the card. We seem to do something pretty nice at the moment there in that if you're in March tab it shows you the March date, and in April you get the April date displayed (Lights Up) eg.

My feeling is that displaying the date range is sufficient here. But to keep this as a future enhancement. Does that make sense?

If we find it's confusing with dange ranges vs unique date we can always address then.
