The Domain Specific Use Cases section and the Use Cases for multiple domains section contain similar stakeholder items to stakeholder items in the Terminology section. For example, network operator, directory service operator, directory service, device application, etc.
I think “operator” has the same meaning as “provider.” I think the overall consistency is not good, so I think we should either add them to the Terminology section or change the items in the Domain Specific Use Cases section and the Use Cases for multiple domains section.
