Description

Volcano PR volcano-sh/volcano#5115 added the capacity plugin ancestorReclaimLevel argument for hierarchical queues. The website should explain how operators configure it and include examples showing what changes when reclaim crosses parent or grandparent queue boundaries.

Scope

• Document ancestorReclaimLevel in the capacity plugin user guide.
• Show the scheduler ConfigMap setting with enableHierarchy: true.
• Add queue-topology and workload examples for the common 0, 1, and 2 settings.
• Clarify that the default value preserves the existing unrestricted reclaim behavior.
