Multi-monitor support

Thanks, this is something I've been looking for a long time.

This is more of a feature request: it'd be nice to have a proper multi-monitor support. On top of that, it'd be great to specify location of the message relative to monitor borders (e.g. bottom / center, or -20px from the bottom / +40 px from the center).

One of the use-cases of mine: I want to display desktop ID in bspwm whenever I switch between desktops within 3 monitors.
