There are a few changes that would be nice to release:

• Update opentelemetry-semconv to 1.25.0-alpha #585
• trace: add addLink to Span #587
• Update opentelemetry-api, ... to 1.37.0 #584
• sdk-exporter: allow passing a custom client to the OtlpSpanExporterAutoConfigure #578

#585 brought several new stable semantic attributes, so libraries (e.g. http4s-otel4s) should benefit from it.

There are no binary breaking changes in the core. But a few in the sdk-exporter-common.
