win32 rapid doesn't load unitsync because of missing pthreadGC2.dll

to fix, loadunitsync.dll with LoadLibraryEx & LOAD_WITH_ALTERED_SEARCH_PATH:

no hurries, i've already made a workaround (the installer just copies the dll next to rapid.exe), so for the moment it just works...
