When the Scriptinator is a standalone panel widget, no tooltip is ever displayed, regardless of whether "Show tooltip" is checked.
When the Scriptinator is in the system tray (main area or popup), the tooltip is always shown, regardless of whether "Show tooltip" is checked. In this case it always displays the default text, even if "Use custom tooltip" is checked and custom tooltip text is configured (both through the "Custom tooltip head"/"Custom tooltip body" fields in the widget config window and/or dynamically through the {PlasmoidTooltip*}/{PlasmoidTooltipHead*}/ {PlasmoidTooltipBody*} tags).
