When TIM2 overflows (because the signal period is > 89s) the LCD should display a lower limit warning like < 0.4? Hz.
Similarly, for signals with high error rates (~500 kHz has large error; ~786 kHz is largest measured freq due to interrupt handing times) the LCD should display > 500 kHz. Not sure if there should be two different upper bound warnings: one for "a lot of error" and one for "outside of measurable range."
