Integrate commands into host installation?

Would it be possible to automatically integrate installed programs into the host system through command aliases in our user profile or RC? Ideally the nix command as well to be able to run things without entering the Toolbox/Distrobox container. I know of the toolbox run command but it would be nice to use programs without the prefix, and have them automatically added to the host's shell config.

@onyxiarivera I think that will currently hit a wall because /nix inside the toolbox is bind mounted from home directory, so the nix store links will not work on the host system. For this I would rather use directly the Fedora nix package available from Fedora 44:

Unfortunately I use Kinoite so this won't work for me.
