Support namespaces

• Each user should have his namespace to view the repositories that he decided to add.
• The user can add repositories from organizations too.
• If the user added an organization to his account while authorizing (from GitHub or Gitea) and another user already added this organization, he should see the old runs for it.
• Maybe also, a user gives access to an organization or user he owns.
