@vpenades It's just a metadata property isn't it? You should be able to create it yourself:

    public class TestOfAttribute(Type type) : PropertyAttribute("TestOf", type.ToString());

Or even generic:

    public class TestOfAttribute<T> : PropertyAttribute("TestOf", typeof(T).ToString());

The idea of declaring a class with TestOf is that, when you're editing that class, within visual studio, a small blue bubble appears over the class methods pointing to the tests that would test this method. This allows, when working on a given method, to run the test associated with it.

What I don't know if this is handled automatically by visual studio when finding the property, or if it needs additional wiring.

I imagine they must have built some bespoke logic for this. In terms of what TUnit can do in the ide, is all limited to Microsoft Testing Platform and what it supports. And I don't believe that functionality exists for Microsoft testing platform. That would need raising in the Microsoft/testfx repo
