Hi @thomastweets (and collaborators)!

Still working on the nibabel BV stuff I see, good work! Anyway I'd started on a python version of the RSA toolbox here:

And soon we're gonna do some more python stuff here at the CBU that will involve RSA so it may make sense to integrate these two. What are your thoughts?

First, sorry for the delay. I have been quite busy with a new job.
It is great to hear that you are going to do "more python stuff" :) From my side, I am very happy to see this project merging into something bigger. As the other collaborators contributed all the code (it is the outcome of a university course) I will have to ask though:
@JuliaPython @PiaKS @KALLI0PE : What do you think? Do you want to share your code?

One more note: As part of the role of the tutor university course I tried to transfer a certain appreciation for open source :) Apparently, this worked out as we decided together back then to put this project under GPL (https://github.com/thomastweets/PythonRSA/blob/master/LICENSE) so in any case you are obviously welcome to incorporate the code according to this.
