when you paste something on the board, the contents should go where the mouse is

right now it gets duplicated and is a little lower and more to the right. still is still fine for duplication

but when you copy and paste some board items, when you paste with ctrl+v it should go where the mouse is

if you paste it and the mouse isn't on screen or something then fair enough yea just do what it currently does
