Node.toString()

It would be nice to have a Node.toString() feature. It should not be difficult to write by adding dom4.util. Serializer. serializeNodeToString(). Are you open to get a PR for this?
Even if you don't like the Node.toString() we can still add that second part. It will be a little more work to get a string representation but at least it will be possible.

I am totally open to PRs, of course !!! I have a preference though: Serializer.serializeToString() takes a Document argument for the time being; make it a Node and we'll have a consistent API across the whole document tree? I prefer extending the Serializer rather than adding a toString() method on Node because you would have to duplicate that on the Serializer to get pretty-printing, text-wrapping and more...

Oh one extra thing: if you contribute code, don't forget to add yourself to the Contributors section of the license header of the files you modify!

That sounds good. Would you object in adding some unit testing as well? I like to cover the features I introduce and it will give an easy way to run the project.

After that I can contribute a PR that solves this specific issue and have some tests attached.
