Allow users to define an initial status map in the config file so they don't have to even answer this once:

I was unable to find a matching key for the status "New"!
[0] – open
[1] – resolved
[2] – wontfix
[3] – invalid
[4] – duplicate
[5] – spite
Please indicate which status to use:
