Add support for animated artworks / canvas's (spotify)

We need to find reliable ways to extract animated artwork / canvas from songs etc.

ox is currently working on a way to do it via apple music, and I have been looking into getting canvas from spotify, but ive hit a bit of a roadblock, as the undocumented API endpoint im hitting needs valid user auth tokens instead of the normal api creds we have

Most of the fundamentals are there (uploading webm to storage, props in SyncFMSong interface)
