Adds reviewed visual-only fallback rows for selected document fonts. The rows keep existing metric-safe mappings intact, record real face coverage, and expose synthetic face instructions only where the selected fallback lacks a styled face.
License metadata now uses exact SPDX identifiers when available and stable docfonts labels otherwise.
