Adds local acquisition support for the next priority open-font sources: Liberation Fonts, Liberation Sans Narrow, Selawik, and DejaVu.
This keeps the repo source-driven: downloads stay in the ignored cache, and no fallback records or runtime data change. The acquire tool now supports tar.gz release archives alongside zip archives.
