Syncode logger is modifying the default logger object instead of creating a new one

I was trying to use the logger that I had configured in my local common_util module. I was not receiving any debug logs even after setting the log level to debug because syncode sets up the log level to info here:

As syncode is an external package, can we consider renaming the logger in this package to something like 'syncode-logger' so that it does not conflict with end product logging configs.
