Support of jQuery 1.9

As jQuery.browser() is removed, the plugin not work with it.

I had the same issue after upgrading to Jquery 1.9.1.

The workaround we came up is to include JQuery migrate plugin (http://code.jquery.com/jquery-migrate-1.1.0.min.js). That way jQuery.browser() function is still there.
